A Q&A with Jess Hunt

We caught up with instagram superstar Jess Hunt and asked her a few questions about her latest collaboration with Ego.

What’s one of your favourite pieces from your new collection ?

I have soo many faves but maybe the knit dress, it comes in 3 colours and the quality and detail is just insane

What made you want to do a collection with Ego? 

I have been a customer of Ego for years and love the aesthetic of the brand so I was so excited when they contacted me! I also love the team at Ego, so many amazing people made this collection happen

What’s the colour scheme of the collection? 

All A/W neutral plus pops of green, gold and blue.  

What vibe did you want to go for?

The vibe is A/W essential with a high fashion feel. So many tiny details and beautiful fabrics.

What’s a piece the collection wouldn’t be complete without?

The puffer. An essential in every wardrobe and sooo cosy. It comes in 4 colours.

Best piece for everyday wear? 

Definitely, the leather look trousers. Perfect for day or night.

Did you design the collection?

Yes! I worked with the Ego design team to bring this collection to life! 

Is there something for a night out?

The knit LBD is everything. The details are so gorgeous! The perfect night out dress.

Fave part about shooting?

Just working with the most incredible team and seeing our vision come to life.

 

“I’m so excited to finally share my ego collection! I wanted to create a collection which has a high fashion feel with pieces that could be mixed and matched. I feel in this collection there is something for everyone and so many pieces which are just timeless. I wanted the collection to have a luxurious feel, with gorgeous fabrics and intricate details. I loved working with the ego team, from the initial design, all the way through the process to the campaign shoot. It was so incredible to see the collection come to life and this has to be one of my fave shoots I’ve ever been a part of.”
